Give us your ideas, and turn us loose. Jubilee Event Engineers will do all the creative design and the practical legwork.  You’re in good hands!  We have the experience, creativity, and connections to pull together your ceremony and reception sites, transportation, printing, catering, rentals, décor, florist, music, photographer, baker, and all the tiny details that enhance the spirit of the day! If you are planning a destination event, we can arrange a spectacular weekend of meals, activities, and celebrations for you and all your guests.  And, of course, we’ll be onsite to quietly, gracefully manage all the details at your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.  You can relax and bask in the love.

wedding planning support

Preparing for your own wedding can be great DIY fun!  You're looking for support to make sure you're making the best decisions possible.  One of our experienced Event Engineers will offer a guiding hand and share our best “tricks of the trade.” We can brainstorm and problem-solve with you at any stage in your planning process, review contracts to make sure you are getting the most for your budget, offer creative solutions, and finish the hands-on tasks as needed to support your vision.  We've got your back.

wedding day coordination

Almost ready for the big day? All you need now is a "fairy godmother" - an expert to quietly manage your ceremony and reception so that your guests, your family, and most importantly you can relax and enjoy! You'll enjoy pre-wedding consultations with your coordinator, including at least one onsite planning meeting. Your coordinator will create a detailed wedding day timeline based on your ideas and vision, do a full vendor contract review, take care of your final confirmations, direct your wedding rehearsal, and coordinate all vendors at your ceremony and reception. And, of course, we'll be onsite to gracefully manage your entire wedding day!

Jubilee understands and supports your desire to be a part of the solution!  The wedding and event industry is infamous for a 'one-use-only', disposable philosophy -- and it doesn't have to be that way.  We're very proud of our credentials in this area.  We offer creative solutions that reduce waste, as well as connections to venues and local vendors that can help trim your wedding's carbon footprint.  Good news -- trimming that footprint often means reducing your expenses.

. . . commitment ceremony?

We happen to use the term "wedding" . . . but we're comfortable whatever title you want to give your special day!  We wholeheartedly support the relationships, marriages, and families of the same-sex partners in our community.  We’ve had the honor and joy of working on several gay & lesbian weddings over the years.

. . . what's your destination?

Yes, we travel. We're familiar with Seattle's beloved urban grit and natural beauty. But our clients take us all over the region! Recently we've been called to lead wedding expeditions to the lush pastures below Mt. Rainier, the peaks of the North Cascades, the gentle shores of Puget Sound islands and the Gulf Islands in British Columbia . . . We have the skills and the connections to make your wedding a glorious success in even the most remote location.
