The terms are interchangeable to us (and we’ll use whichever you prefer). Bottom line is -- you are ready to celebrate your love and your shared future, and we are ready to help! Our greatest delight is helping you weave together your love, faith and beliefs, and your individual stories to create an unforgettable celebration.

We are Northwest experts! In addition to ten years of working in Seattle’s beloved urban grit and natural beauty, we've lead wedding expeditions to the lush pastures below Mt. Rainier, the North Cascades peaks, Puget Sound islands, Olympia, Kitsap Peninsula, the Gulf Islands in British Columbia, and more. We have the skills to make your wedding a success in the most remote location.

A planner is the best investment you can make. Our connections and ‘tricks of the trade’ will help keep your expenses on track. We are smart, savvy, and experienced planners, and we don’t represent a consortium of vendors: when you hire us, we’ll be working to find the best deals for you.

Complimentary Initial Consultation

You want to talk – and we’re ready to listen! Meet with your coordinator for a complimentary one-hour consultation – no pressure, just fun discussion, ideas, and answers. Take this session as inspiration, or contract with Jubilee for a more extensive level of service.

Wedding Day Coordination

Almost ready for the big day? All you need now is a "fairy godmother" - an expert to quietly manage so that your guests, your family, and *you* can relax and enjoy! This popular package includes three planning meetings, a detailed wedding day timeline based on your ideas and vision, vendor confirmations, direction at your rehearsal, and, of course, we'll be onsite to gracefully coordinate everything on your wedding day. $1,000 flat fee.

Planning Support

Preparing your own celebration is great fun! We can brainstorm and problem-solve, review vendor contracts, offer creative solutions, build awesome décor elements, and finish tasks as needed.  Whatever you need, we've got your back. Consulting fee $50 per hour.

Full Wedding Planning

Give us your ideas, and turn us loose. Jubilee Event Engineers has the experience, creativity, and connections to pull together your ceremony and reception sites, vendors, and design all the tiny details . . . And, of course, we’ll be onsite to gracefully manage all the details at your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.  You can relax and bask in the love. Fee is 15% of your expenses on the items we coordinate.
